Weekend read! A review of A Tender Hope by Amanda Cabot
What is better than this being a weekend? Reading a great book! I finished this book and enjoyed it so much I almost have a book "hangover." You know the kind where you think about the characters, and the storyline and you are sad when it ends. Amanda Cabot's third in the Cimarron Creek series, A Tender Hope, did that to me.
The story begins as Thea Michener moves from her home in Louisiana to Cimmaron Creek, Texas looking for a fresh start to a sad turn of recent events. What is waiting there changes her life completely, an orphaned infant.
When Ranger Jackson Guthrie meets Thea, he's captivated by her beauty, momentarily. He has other plans and they involve a dangerous situation and Thea is tied into it as well. As Jackson becomes a part-time sitter for the baby, he grows closer to Thea.
On the road to justice, can love become part of their future?
Have a wonderful weekend, go read a book, you deserve it!
