In Between the Pages! God and Me at the Sea by Shelley Kinder Illustrated by Brigid Malloy

"Author Shelley Kinder's God and Me at the Sea is a precious way to show children that we can praise God from anywhere-even at the beach! Written in perfect rhyme and paired with fun illustrations, this picture book is everything a children's book should be-whimsical, meaningful, and beautiful."

-Michelle Medlock Adams, award-winning author of more than 100 books, including Dinosaur Devotions.

"You'll seek in vain a pulpit or stained-glass window, yet the seashore setting here is every bit a church as ever there was. The joyful exuberance, the celebration, the reverence of the congregation-one little girl-will claim your attendance all seven days of the week."

-Jerry Spinelli, author of dozens of books, including the New York Times bestseller Stargirl.

"I feel God's love. So strong. So deep.
I whirl! I twirl! I skip! I leap!"

It's a beautiful day at the beach--and the perfect time to praise God! With her trusty pup by her side, this little girl can’t contain her joy at the goodness of the Creator. She sings and twirls and taps her shovel on her bucket as she plays all day long, inspired by God's great love.
